Concept2 Logbook Analyzer

Jordan Lockwood (BSc, CPT)Updated August 2025

Export your workouts from the Concept2 Online Logbook as a CSV and drop the file in below. You'll get your personal bests, total volume, average pace, and charts of how your pace and training have trended over time. Everything runs in your browser - your data never leaves your device.

Processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.

How to export your Concept2 logbook

Sign in to your Concept2 Online Logbook, go to your list of results, and choose the export/CSV option to download your workout history. Drop that file into the box above. The analyzer reads it locally and shows your numbers - it never sends the file anywhere.

What to do with the numbers

Use your PBs as targets and your pace trend to check you're actually progressing. To turn a best time into training paces, try the pace zones calculator or predict other distances with the time predictor. To see how a PB ranks, use the 2k percentile calculator.
